Charles D. Foster, origionally from Charleston, SC, was a Business Administration Major and a proud member of "G" Company. Charlie was the first Black (African- American) to graduate from the Citadel. He went into the Army as a 2LT and became an Explosives Expert working at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. In 1973 he became the Manager of a large moving company in Dallas, TX.
