Ronald W. Hatchell, Sr., of Goose Creek, died June 1, 2004. Mr. Hatchell was a retired accountant and was a self-employed insurance agent. He was a past member of the Sertoma Club and served in the U.S. Army and the S.C. National Guard.

He is survived by his father, his wife, a son and his wife, a daughter and her husband, two sisters and their husbands, a granddaughter, aunt, five nieces and three nephews.

EDITORS NOTE: While at The Citadel, Ron was a proud member of "B" Company and was a Sergeant. He was a Business major and earned Dean's List his Senior year.
