PENDLETON, SC -- Jeffery Mikell Holbrook Wyman, father of Mikell Holbrook Wyman, died on February 10, 2011, at his family's home on Lake Hartwell. Jeff, the son of the late Joel Wentworth and Mildred Gwinner Wyman, was born in Anderson, South Carolina, on February 10, 1948. He was reared in Clemson, South Carolina, graduated from Christ School for Boys in Arden, North Carolina, Class of 1966, and The Citadel, Class of 1970. Jeff's career was in real estate appraisal and consulting. He had served as President of the Columbia Board of Realtors and the South Carolina Association of Realtors.

He is survived by his son Mikell, and his wife Amy, of Charleston, South Carolina; a brother, Joel Wentworth Wyman, Jr., and his wife Dona, of Huntington, New York; nephews, Jay and his wife Bobbie and their daughters, Mattie and Emily and Chad and his wife, Jessica and their son, Colin. He is also survived by numerous South Carolina cousins.

A Graveside Service will be held at Pendleton Presbyterian Church, Pendleton, South Carolina, on Friday, February 18th at 2:00 pm. EDITORS NOTE:While at The Citadel, Jeff was a proud member of "C" Company. He was a Political Science major, was on the Wrestling Team for four years, in the Denominational Group, the Block "C" Club and the Rod and Gun Club.
